About Me

Hi, my name is Mark & welcome to Trail Running Vegan.
At the age of 47, I was very overweight and unhealthy until I discovered trail running. Over the next 3 years, I lost over 40 lbs and ran an 86 mile Ultra 2 years after I started running. I'm here to inspire and help you in any way I can.
